Giveaway: 3 Signed Copies of Magic Bleeds by Ilona Andrews

Who wants a  giveaway that will rock your socks off?  Well, you’re in for a treat because we have one! :D

Thanks to the very talented and awesome writing duo that is known as Ilona Andrews, up for grabs is three signed copies of Magic Bleeds, the 4th instalment in the Kate Daniel series.

Here is the blurb (taken from the authors’ website):

Kate Daniels works for the Order of the Knights of Merciful Aid, officially as a liaison with the mercenary guild. Unofficially, she cleans up the paranormal problems no one else wants to handle—especially if they involve Atlanta’s shapeshifting community.

When she’s called in to investigate a fight at the Steel Horse, a bar midway between the territories of the shapeshifters and the necromancers, Kate quickly discovers there’s a new player in town. One who’s been around for thousands of years—and rode to war at the side of Kate’s father.

This foe may be too much even for Kate and Curran, the Lord of the Beasts, to handle. Because this time, Kate will be taking on family…

To enter, all you have to do is comment below and tell us: We all know that Curran lurrves pie, but would sort of pie would Curran make for Kate?

If you can’t think of a desert, then just comment you want to enter, but the above question makes it more fun :D .

Giveaway is open internationally. Please, no multiple entries as they will not count. And the giveaway is open until next Friday.

Good luck!

I’m with Fedora – a mud pie seems in keeping with the Kate-Curran dynamic. Or else raspberry pie, guaranteed in my family to start a riot.

But, in reality, I think peach.

Hmm… how about peach pie? He can try his luck at serving peaches to Kate again, it did not work in his favour in Magic Strikes. Or some kind of chocolate pie – Kate mentions chocolate is expensive but she loves it.

I think he would have some success with Kate if he made her a traditional, sweet apple pie with custard or some ice cream, sometimes the simplest things are the best :-)

He’s a cat, so buttermilk pie.
    OR
I will go with him remebering how much she likes chocolate and make her a chocolate pie. Although, hats off to those remembering she rejected the peaches before and he may test the waters to see if her response changes.

I second the idea of her wearing the pie and allowing her kitty to lick it off her…. makes the buttermilk idea even better.

I think it would have to be an apple pie, he knows she likes it and he obviously does too. I think he would also try to one up her and make an apple pie that is even better than the ones she makes. They seem to have that sort of relationship.
Thanks for the competition, I am waiting anxiously for my copy to arrive but I would love a signed copy as well!

You say pie and the only thing that will magically appear in my mind is a sweet and tart lemon meringue like my mom makes.

If Kate doesn’t like that she is a barbarian.

Thanks for allowing worldwide entries, that is really great.

I’m not big on pies so I don’t have a large list to choose from in my head. But I’d go with simple apple pie (I do enjoy the crust with a tiny amount of apple filling on it) with some ice cream though. I’ve only read Magic Bites but Kate seems like she would prefer a simple slice o’ pie =)

    Thanks for the awesome giveaway!
