New Series Description:
The series is about the women and men who work at Luxxor Limited, a high-end escort service. The company caters to the wealthy by matching them with escorts who are as smart, mannered, and cultured as they are beautiful. The one limitation in Luxxor’s contracts? No sex allowed. Except, of course, if the contact is mutually acceptable. In Courting Trouble, the first book in the series, that rule causes a lot of problems.
How did the idea come about:
The series is being published by Mischief, a UK line of HarperCollins. When my editor requested a proposal for something new, I keyed in on that word – mischief. There’s so much meaning behind it: breaking the rules, having fun, being naughty while being clever… All that evolved into Luxxor, an escort service with good intentions. There’s the luster of high class, yet behind the scenes, there’s a lot of mischief going on.
Series plan:
There are currently three books planned. Each book is about a different couple who meets through Luxxor. Some are escorts, and some just get caught up in Luxxor’s sensual world. The characters tend to know one another and will pop up in other storylines. Courting Trouble is about Jason and Sienna, but a lot of the minor characters in their story will step to the forefront in future books. The one constant is hot chemistry, morals warring with desire, and the need to keep the connection with Luxxor secret.
