Yesterday I saw one author saying that “real reviews” were never mean spirited, and the whole of the comments was one big agreement. I couldn’t summon enough outrage to point out that she clearly hasn’t read enough reviews of serious art – theater, literature, painting, any of it. The art world is littered with quite cruel, far more so than most book bloggers.
From not on I will only write reviews using LOLcats. No more words.
Haaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!! Love it! :^)
LMAO – that sums it up perfectly!
I am so sick of this thing running and running and everyday there’s another meltdown or another author stating on how reviews should be written.
It has become a running joke. A few of us on twitter have a pool going on which author will be next.
I imagined the ‘You iz mean’ coming from Katy Brand as the pigeon in Mongrels XD.
I love lolcat reviews 🙂
LURVES
Ha! Darn those honest reviews that they asked for. Love this!
That gif is not animated. I’m disappointed.
