So I haven’t done one of these in a while but since the romance community is in a bit of an upheaval/stress over a recent acquisition, people are stressing over upcoming conferences/conventions or bummed they aren’t going, and tomorrow is Monday I am going to do a flash giveaway.
Carrie Lofty has a new book coming out this week, her first NA and while I haven’t had a chance to read it yet, due to other commitments, I usually enjoy her way with words. So I am willing to giveaway at least FIVE copies digital copies of Blue Notes anywhere I can gift it from Barnes and Noble or Amazon. In the spirit of trying to bring a bit of cheer to enter leave a comment talking about something you are thankful or happy for. Contest closes Monday night, winners announced Tuesday morning, books gifted Tuesday night (in other words check your email Monday night/Tuesday morning because if I don’t get a response from a winner they forfeit their prize). See below for information about the book.
After being bounced from foster family to foster family, Keeley, a talented pianist, is ready to start over as a junior at Tulane. But when she plays a small concert that attracts the attention of Jude, a brooding playboy and heir to an enormous fortune in the wake of his parents’ tragic death, suddenly Keeley’s life is thrown off balance once again.
Jude is the first person to confront her about the pain behind her music, and she struggles with whether or not to let him into her life, or to keep protecting herself from the hurt that relationships have caused her in the past. But Keeley’s about to learn that the melancholy young billionaire who appears to have everything can open her eyes to exactly what she needs…
Good luck!
Don’t enter me b/c I’ve already read it, but I wanted to tell others: you want to read this book! I really enjoyed it, just as I have Carrie Lofty’s general books.
The premise sounds interesting
Something that I’m happy about: serials generally drive me crazy because I hate waiting, but I’m really enjoying Meljean Brook’s Kraken King because she’s such a great writer and it gives me something to look forward to every week.
A seventeen year marriage with my own alpha male! 🙂
I’m thankful for my wonderful son and husband. Really have enjoyed Lofty in the past!
I’m pretty happy with the part-time job that I just recently acquired. The hours are flexible, the person in charge isn’t an idiot (hey, that’s a big plus) – oh, and one of my favorite authors EVER is coming to Mysterious Galaxy at the end of May 🙂
I’m happy to see the sunshine this morning. It really does lift the spirits & make me feel enthusiastic.
Thank you for an awesome giveaway!!!! I’m thankful for friends, family and my dog 🙂 We lost a very good, close friend to cancer a month ago and it’s made me so much more appreciative of my loved ones. Give everyone a kiss and a hug and say I Love You spontaneously a lot b/c you will regret it if you don’t.
I’m happy for spring weather after the neverending winter!
I’m thankful that my Mother is still alive after a close-call with Septic Shock from last year.
I live in a college town, and the college is known for its performing arts program, one of which is piano. So your story line intrigues me greatly. I hope I’m not too late to be entered into the drawing.
I’m thankful for spring, lovely weather, birdsong and the great scent in the air.
Many thanks for the opportunity
Oh, so much to be thankful for! This bright, shiny new day! Having an iPad to read thousands of glorious ebooks! Really, what could be better?
I’m a fan of previous Lofty books so I’m looking forward to reading this one!
I’m thankful for my dog. He makes me laugh every day and that’s a great thing!
I’m very happy with my sweet little dog Cody who takes me walking twice a day and loves me no matter what.
