It’s a damn shame that there isn’t an organisation that holds publishers to account where you don’t have to fork out a fortune. Or at least a body which can protect e-pubbed authors when they are caught up in messes like this. If this was any other business, hello police central!

    Unfortunately, there are too many people just dying to be published that they ignore warning signs and/or caution from other writers.

    Also not every writer feels comfortable talking about their bad experience with a publisher because they don’t want to get into an argument and/or fight with others who feel the need to defend the publisher at all cost, no matter what.
